Order Processing
All orders placed on our website are processed for shipment within 48 hours of being received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25. This offer is applied automatically during checkout for eligible orders.
Weekend Policy
Please keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are considered non-working days for our warehouse and shipping staff. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, but please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier schedules.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping. The choice of carrier is based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to ensure efficient delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and links to track your order with the respective carrier.
Pick-Up Option – Available at Our Location
We also offer free in-store pickup at our location. Orders will be ready for pickup within 4 hours of purchase, during regular business hours.
To collect your order, please present the email confirmation (printed or digital) that you received after completing your purchase.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, and additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dubboyzshop.com. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as this will be necessary for resolving the issue with the carrier and issuing a replacement or refund.
